艾灸配合穴位贴敷治疗老年抑郁症的临床效果

摘要
目的观察艾灸联合穴位贴敷治疗老年抑郁症的临床效果。方法将2017年9月～2018年4月在本院及合作医院精神科就诊的老年抑郁症患者64例随机分配(按随机数字表法)为治疗组及对照组,每组各32例。对照组给予盐酸舍曲林进行治疗,治疗组在口服盐酸舍曲林片基础上予以艾灸及穴位贴敷治疗。观察两组患者治疗前后的汉密尔抑郁量表(HAMD)评分情况及疗效。结果两组治疗2、4、8周后的HAMD评分均低于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组治疗2、4、8周后的HAMD评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗8周后,治疗组的总有效率为93.75%,高于对照组的84.38%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论艾灸配合穴位贴敷治疗老年抑郁症的效果显著。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of moxibustion combined with acupoint application in the treatment of senile depression patients. Methods From September 2017 to April 2018, 64 patients with senile depression who were admitted into the psychiatric department of our hospital and cooperative hospital were randomly assigned(according to the random number table method) to the treatment group and the control group, with 32 patients in each group.The control group was given Sertraline Hydrochloride for treatment, while the treatment group was given moxibustion and acupoint application on the basis of oral Sertraline Hydrochloride Tablets. The score of Hamilton depression scale(HAMD) before and after treatment and the curative effect in the two groups were observed. Results The HAMD scores of the two groups were lower than those of the control group after 2, 4 and 8 weeks treatment, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). The HAMD scores of the treatment group after 2, 4 and 8 weeks of treatment were lower than those of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). After 8 weeks of treatment, the total effective rate was 93.75% in the treatment group, which was higher than that of the control group(84.38%), and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Moxibustion combined with acupoint application has a significant effect treating senile depression.
