抗真菌药常见不良反应及其对血小板影响的研究进展

摘要
近年来,随着抗真菌药应用的增多,其相关不良反应的报道也逐渐增多,其中包括对血液系统中血小板的影响。常用的几种抗真菌药中,致血小板减少的病例时有报道,但机制尚不明确。本文旨在对抗真菌药常见不良反应及其对血小板的影响做一综述,以帮助医务人员及时干预,降低药物不良反应引起的危害。
In recent years,with the increasing use of antifungal drugs,reports of related adverse reactions have gradually increased,including the impact on platelets in the blood system.Among several commonly used antifungal agents,cases of thrombocytopenia have been reported,but the mechanism is still unclear.The purpose of article is to discuss the common adverse reactions of antifungal drugs and their effects on platelets,so as to help medical personnel intervene in time and minimize the harm caused by adverse drug reactions.
