阳明腑实证大鼠内毒素血症与肺损伤的相关性及中药的干预作用

摘要
目的:探讨阳明腑实证大鼠内毒素血症与肺损伤的相关性并观察大黄游离蒽醌-黄芩总黄酮配伍的治疗作用。方法:90只雄性SD大鼠随机分为生理盐水组、阳明腑实证模型组和阳明腑实证模型+中药组(中药组)。各组大鼠分别在6、12、24h后放血处死并收集肺组织,检测血浆及肺组织匀浆中ET、NO、TNF-α、IL-1及MPO的含量;观察肺病理组织学改变。结果:与模型组比较,中药组动脉血及肺组织匀浆中ET、NO、TNF-α、IL-1含量明显降低(P<0.01,P<0.05);中药组肺损伤程度较模型组明显减轻。结论:阳明腑实证大鼠的肺损伤与内毒素血症密切相关,大黄游离蒽醌-黄芩总黄酮可能通过减少内毒素和炎性因子的释放减轻肺损伤。
        Objective: To explore the correlation between endotoxemia and lung injury in rats with Yangming fuviscera excess syndrome, and observe therapeutic effect of synergy with free anthraquinones of rhubarb-toral flavonoids of Scutellariabaicalensis georgi. Methods: A total of 90 Sprage-Dawley(SD) rats were randomly divided into physiological saline group(S group), model of Yangming fu-viscera excess syndrome group(M group) and model plus compatibility of effective components(M+CEC group). Rats in each group were sacrificed after 6 h, 12 h and 24 h by bloodletting. Then the lung tissues and plasma were collected to detect the contents of ET, NO, TNF-α, IL-1 and MPO, and observe the histopathological changes of lung tissues. Results: Compared with M group, the contents of ET, NO, TNF-α and IL-1 in plasma and lung tissue were significantly decreased(P<0.01, P<0.05), and the degree of lung injury in M+CEC group was obviously alleviated. Conclusion: The lung injury was closely related to endotoxemia in rats with Yangming fu-viscera excess syndrome, and the free anthraquinone of rhubarb-total flavonoids of scutellariabaicalensis georgi might reduce lung injury by reducing the release of endotoxin and inflammatory factors.
