摘要
目的探究临床护理管理中应用分层级管理对护理人员的工作积极性影响。方法抽选本院90名护理人员,并按照数字表法分为参照组与观察组,均为45名,其中参照组接受护理人员临床常规护理管理,观察组接受分层级管理。比较两组护理人员临床管理效果。结果观察组、参照组的工作积极性评分分别为(89.36±6.02)分、(72.36±5.36)分,理论知识评分分别为(87.21±5.82)分、(75.23±5.25),临床操作评分分别为(88.02±3.24)分、(71.21±2.27)分,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论分层级管理实施在临床护理管理中对提高护理人员临床管理效果具有积极意义,建议推广。
Objective To explore application of hierarchical management in clinical nursing management to the nursing staff's work enthusiasm impact. Methods The 90 nursing staff of the hospital were selected and divided into reference group and observation group according to the digital table method, all of which were 45. The reference group received the clinical routine nursing management of the nursing staff, and the observation group accepted the hierarchical management. Compare the clinical management effects of two groups of nursing staff. Results The enthusiasm scores of the observation group and the reference group were(89.36±6.02) points and(72.36±5.36) points respectively. The theoretical knowledge scores were(87.21±5.82) points,(75.23±5.25), and the clinical operation scores were(88.02±3.24) points,(71.21±2.27) points, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion The implementation of hierarchical management in clinical nursing mnagement is of positive significance to improve the clinical management effect of nursing staff.
