快速康复外科护理理念在胃癌胃大部切除后患者护理中的应用效果

摘要
目的分析快速康复外科护理理念在胃癌胃大部切除后患者护理中的应用效果,为临床提供参考。方法选择2013年11月—2017年6月来哈尔滨医科大学附属第四医院治疗的胃癌患者中选取100例,将其临床资料进行回顾性分析,分成观察组及对照组各50例。两组患者均行胃大部切除术。对照组患者行常规护理,观察组行快速康复外科护理,对比两组康复指标与术后并发症发生情况。结果与对照组对比,观察组术后住院时间、术后首次排便时间、术后首次排气时间更短(P<0.05);观察组患者术后并发症总发生率为2.0%,显著低于对照组的16.0%(χ2=5.983,P=0.014)。结论胃癌胃大部切除后护理中快速康复外科护理理念的应用效果显著,值得广泛推广。
Objective To analyze the application effect of nursing concept of rapid rehabilitation surgery in nursing of patients with gastric cancer after subtotal gastrectomy, so as to provide reference for clinical practice. Methods 100 patients with gastric cancer treated in our hospital from November 2013 to June 2017 were selected for this study, and their clinical data were analyzed retrospectively. They were randomly divided into two groups, 50 patients in the observation group and 50 patients in the control group. All patients underwent subtotal gastrectomy, while patients in the control group received routine nursing,while patients in the observation group received fast rehabilitation surgical nursing. Rehabilitation indicators and complications were compared between the two groups. Results Compared with the control group, the hospitalization time, the first defecation time and the first exhaust time in the observation group were shorter, the difference was significant(P<0.05). The incidence of complications in the observation group was 2.0%, significantly lower than that in the control group(16.0%), the difference was significant(χ~2=5.983, P=0.014). Conclusion The application effect of nursing concept of rapid rehabilitation surgery in the nursing of patients with gastric cancer after subtotal gastrectomy is remarkable, and it is worth popularizing widely.
