摘要
目的应用彩色M型彩色血流速度来观察宫内窘迫中胎儿心室舒张早期血流速度的改变。方法收集2016年1月至2018年4月,在我院产科临床已确诊为胎儿宫内窘迫的33~40周单胎妊娠者51例为胎儿宫内窘迫组;同时选取75例孕周33~40周正常单活胎作为对照组,测量两组左、右心室E/A比值(即E峰/A峰)及Vp值,应用SPSS 18. 0统计软件对两组进行分析。结果两组左、右心室的E/A比值无统计学差异;胎儿宫内窘迫组的Vp值要小于正常组,左、右心室Vp值两组比较均有统计学差异(P均<0. 05)。结论可通过检测心室舒张早期彩色M型血流传播速度的快慢来检测心室舒张功能,从而可以早期评估胎儿宫内的缺氧情况,促使临床早期干预,提高诊断准确率、降低胎儿死亡率。
