产后出血联合应用两种结扎方式的临床疗效

摘要
目的研究在产后出血产妇的临床处理中,对其实施双侧子宫动脉上行支结扎与子宫浆肌层缝扎的实际效果。方法选择我院2017年2月—2018年3月收治的94例接受剖宫产的产妇为主要对象,所有产妇在接受剖宫产手术之后出现了产后出血情况,将其随机均分成为对比组与研究组,对比组产妇接受临床常规处理,研究组产妇则需要接受子宫浆肌层缝扎与双侧子宫动脉上行支结扎处理,对比两组产妇出血量、血性恶露消失时间等主要临床指标。结果研究组产妇出血量少于对比组,血性恶露消失时间较快,其它各项指标也要优于对比组,两组产妇相关数据对比差异存在统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论对于产后出血产妇的控制及干预而言,对其实施子宫动脉双侧上行支结扎以及子宫浆肌层缝扎的整体效果较好。
Objective To study the practical effects of bilateral uterine artery ascending branch ligation and uterine sarcoma muscle suturing in the clinical treatment of postpartum hemorrhage. Methods 94 cases of women undergoing cesarean section from February 2017 to March 2018 in our hospital were selected as the main subjects. All the women had postpartum hemorrhage after cesarean section surgery and were randomly divided into comparisons group and study group, the maternal group of the comparison group received routine clinical treatment, and the maternal group of the study group required uterine plasmonic musculospasm and bilateral uterine artery ascending branch ligation to compare the main clinical indicators such as the amount of maternal hemorrhage and the time of bloody lochia disappearance. Results The maternal hemorrhage in the study group was less than that in the control group. The time of disappearance of bloody lochia was faster, and other indicators were also better than the control group.There was a significant difference between the two groups of maternal data(P <0.05). Conclusion For the control and intervention of postpartum hemorrhage,maternal uterine arteries with bilateral ascending branch ligation and uterine sarcoplasmic muscle sutures have a good overall effect.
