乳酸菌阴道胶囊联合小剂量甲硝唑对中晚期妊娠滴虫性阴道炎妇女阴道菌群的调节作用分析

摘要
目的:分析乳酸菌阴道胶囊联合小剂量甲硝唑对中晚期妊娠滴虫性阴道炎妇女阴道菌群的调节作用。方法:选取2016年11月-2018年9月笔者所在医院收入的94例中晚期妊娠滴虫性阴道炎患者作为本次研究对象,按照抽签的方式分为对照组(47例)和研究组(47例),对照组患者接受小剂量甲硝唑治疗,研究组患者采用乳酸菌阴道胶囊联合小剂量甲硝唑治疗,对两组患者H_2O_2阳性率、阴道乳酸菌检出率及综合治疗效果进行对比分析。结果:研究组患者H_2O_2阳性率及阴道乳酸菌检出率均高于对照组,研究组总有效率高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:乳酸菌阴道胶囊联合小剂量甲硝唑对中晚期妊娠滴虫性阴道炎妇女能够提升阴道乳酸菌的活性并且增加其数量,使阴道菌群的紊乱情况得到有效纠正,临床治疗效果显著良好,可在临床上推广应用。
Objective:To analyze the regulating effect of Lactic Acid Bacteria Vaginal Capsule combined with small dose Metronidazole on the vaginal flora of women with trichomoniasis vaginitis in middle and late pregnancy.Method:From November 2016 to September 2018,94 cases of middle and latestage pregnancy and trichomonas vaginitis from the hospital income in the our hospital were selected as the subject of this study,according to the lottery they were divided into control group(47 cases) and group(47 cases).The patients in the control group were treated with low dose Metronidazole,while the patients in the study group were treated with Lactic Acid Bacteria Vaginal Capsule combined with low dose metronidazole.The positive rate of H_2O_2,the detection rate of vaginal lactic acid bacteria and the effect of comprehensive treatment were compared and analyzed between the two groups.Result:The positive rate of H_2O_2 and the detection rate of lactobacillus vaginalis in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05),and the total effective rate in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Lactic Acid Bacteria Vaginal Capsule combined with small dose metronidazole can enhance the activity of vaginal lactic acid bacteria and increase the number of women with trichomoniasis vaginitis in the middle and late pregnancy,so that the disorder of vaginal flora can be effectively corrected,and the clinical treatment effect is significant and good,which can be promoted in clinical application.
