李曰庆“辛甘化阳”法治疗男科疾病经验介绍

摘要
辛甘化阳"起自《黄帝内经》,发扬于仲景,以辛味药物佐以甘味药物,使辛甘相配,阳自内生,阴证得解。男科患者多因房事不节,熬夜工作,加之老年患者阳气自半,阳气不足成为男科疾病的首要原因。李曰庆教授师承方鸣谦、施汉章等名家之后,凭借多年临床经验,结合当今社会男科疾病发病特点,总结出运用"辛甘化阳"法治疗男性相关疾病,疗效显著,颇受患者好评。文章浅析李曰庆教授辛甘化阳经验,冀启迪后学,裨益临证。
Xingan huayang was originated from Neijing,developed by Zhang Zhongjing. The pungent herbs are assisted with the sweet herbs,resulting in the automatic generation of yang and the relief of yin syndrome. The men's diseases are mainly caused by yang qi deficiency related to indulgence of sexual activity,staying-up late for work and yang consumption in aged patients. By the succession of teachings from Fang Mingqian and Shi Hanzhang,as well as the clinical practice for years and the summarization of the pathogenic characters of men' s diseases,Professor Li Yueqing applies the xingan huayang therapy to the treatment of relevant men' s diseases and the significant therapeutic effects have been obtained. In the paper,Professor Li's experiences were introduced to provide the references to the clinical practices.
