老年高血压患者跌倒现状与预防措施

<正>我国社会老龄化日趋显著,在老年人常见的疾病中,高血压已成为一大威胁,我国60岁以上老年人的高血压患病率将近50%~([1])。跌倒是指目标人群突发、不自主、非故意的体位改变,倒在地上或更低的平面上。高血压是老年人跌倒的高危因素,而老年人又正是患高血压的高危人群。Tinetti等~([2])研
