中国传统善政文化与马克思主义善政文化之耦合

摘要
善政,指好的、高明的、优良的,能够得民心、聚民力、达善治的施政理念与实践。善政在不同的文化中有不同的内涵。道家文化中的善政,与其"道"本体宇宙观相互关联,指的是"利万物而不争,处众人之所恶"、无为而无不为的施政理念与实践。儒家文化中的善政,与其仁说、仁政、善治相互关联,指的是以善为本、以仁施政、以德化民的施政理念和实践。马克思主义文化中的善政,与其劳动人民立场以及人民主体观相互关联,指的是以人为本、实事求是、修身律己、用权为民的施政理念和实践。中国传统的善政文化,不论是道家还是儒家,都与马克思主义善政文化存在着耦合。在新时代,研究探讨其耦合关系,不仅可以促进传统美德的创造性转化,为传统文化和马克思主义文化注入新的生命活力,同时,对于推进优秀传统文化的现代化以及马克思主义文化的大众化、生活化具有重大现实意义。
Good governance has different connotations in different cultures, which refers to the idea and practice of good governance, which can win the hearts and minds of the people, gather people's power and achieve good governance. Good governance in Taoist culture is interrelated with the ontological cosmology of Tao, which refers to the concept and practice of"benefiting all things without contending, dealing with all people's evils"and"doing nothing without doing nothing". Good governance in Confucian culture is interrelated with its doctrine of benevolence, benevolence and good governance, which refers to the idea and practice of good-oriented, benevolent and moral-oriented governance. Good governance in Marxist culture is interrelated with the position of the working people and the people's subjective outlook, which refers to the concept and practice of people-oriented, realistic, self-cultivation, and the use of power for the people. Chinese traditional culture of good governance, whether Taoist or Confucian, is coupled with Marxist culture of good governance. In the new era of socialism with Chinese characteristics, studying and discussing the coupling relationship can not only promote the creative transformation of traditional virtues and inject new vitality into traditional culture and Marxist culture, but also have great practical significance in promoting the modernization of excellent traditional culture and the popularization and living of Marxist culture.
