四种绿色阻垢剂的阻垢性能研究

摘要
在三元复合驱井和工业水循环冷却系统中结垢现象十分严重,绿色环保的新型阻垢剂成为了未来的发展方向。本文研究了聚天冬氨酸(PASP)、聚环氧琥珀酸(PESA)、聚丙烯酸(PAA)和水解聚马来酸酐(HPMA)4种绿色阻垢剂对碳酸钙和硫酸钙的阻垢性能。结果表明,4种阻垢剂在高温情况下对碳酸钙的抑制作用均高于硫酸钙。PASP对碳酸钙和硫酸钙的阻垢效率分别达90.12%和85.57%,是一种高效环保的阻垢剂,而PAA不适合高温时使用。
        The scaling phenomenon in the ternary composite drive well and industrial water circulation cooling system is very serious,and the new environmentally friendly scale inhibitor has become the future development direction. In this paper,the four green scale inhibitors:polyaspartic acid(PASP),polyepoxysuccinic acid(PESA),polyacrylic acid(PAA) and hydrolyzed polymaleic anhydride(HPMA) were used to inhibit scale inhibition of calcium carbonate and calcium sulfate. performance. The results show that the four scale inhibitors have higher inhibitory effect on calcium carbonate than calcium sulfate at high temperature. PASP has a scale inhibition efficiency of 90.12% and 85.57% for calcium carbonate and calcium sulfate,respectively. It is an efficient and environmentally friendly scale inhibitor,and PAA is not suitable for use at high temperatures.
