摘要
主要将以亚磷酸二乙酯、N-羟甲基丙烯酰胺、环氧氯丙烷为原料合成的磷-氮耐氯阻燃剂应用于亚麻织物的阻燃整理,通过正交试验探讨了亚麻织物的最佳阻燃整理工艺,即阻燃剂的浓度为60%,焙烘温度170℃,焙烘时间2min;在最佳工艺下进行验证试验,结果为:炭长5.8cm,白度56.6%,强力236N。
Based on the application of flame retardant finishing agent synthesized by using diethyl phosphate, N-hydroxymethyl acrylamide and epichlorohydrin as raw materials in linen fabric.The optimal process of flame retardant was optimized by orthogonal test : concentration of flame retardant agent is 60%, curing temperature is 170℃, curing time is 2 min.The verified experiment are carried out in the optimum condition, The results showed that the length of the damaged flame-retarded linen fabric was 5.8,the whiteness was 56.6%.the breaking strength was 236 N.
