探讨应用盐酸米诺环素软膏治疗牙周炎的临床效果

摘要
目的探讨盐酸米诺环素软膏治疗牙周炎的临床效果。方法于本院2014年1月至2018年12月接收的牙周炎患者中选取48例,随机分为观察组(24例)与对照组(24例)。对照组给予碘甘油治疗,观察组给予盐酸米诺环素软膏治疗。对比两组临床效果,并观察治疗前后患者各指标水平变化情况。结果观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组;两组治疗后MD、PD、GL、IL-6、CRP水平较治疗前均有所降低,且观察组治疗后MD、PD、GL、IL-6、CRP水平较对照组更低;P<0.05均有统计学意义。结论牙周炎患者接受盐酸米诺环素软膏治疗效果较为理想,可降低炎症反应,有效改善患者临床症状,临床实用价值较高。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of minocycline hydrochloride ointment in the treatment of periodontitis. Methods Forty-eight patients with periodontitis received in our hospital from January 2014 to December2018 were randomLy divided into observation group(24 cases) and control group(24 cases). The control group was treated with iodine glycerin and the observation group was treated with minocycline hydrochloride ointment. The clinical effects of the two groups were compared, and the changes of each index before and after treatment were observed. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group. The levels of MD, PD, GL, IL-6 and CRP in the two groups were lower than those before treatment, and the MD, PD, GL and IL-in the observation group were treated. 6, CRP levels were lower than the control group; P<0.05, both were statistically significant. Conclusion Patients with periodontitis receive minocycline hydrochloride ointment for better treatment, which can reduce the inflammatory response, effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients, and have high clinical value.
