全冠修复后治疗牙隐裂的临床分析

摘要
目的全冠修复治疗牙隐裂的临床分析。方法选取2017年1月至2018年11月来我院进行治疗的牙隐裂患者100例,共有患牙160颗,采用全冠修复对患者进行治疗,对患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析,了解患者治疗后的疼痛情况以及疗效情况,分析相关数据。结果 (1)患者全冠修复后牙隐裂疼痛评价:进行治疗的160颗患牙中,仅有8颗患牙疼痛评级为3级,无评级为4级患牙,即在进行治疗后仅有8例患者出现了疼痛反应,占比5.00%;(2)患者全冠修复疗效评价:此次参与研究患者100例,患牙共160颗,而经过临床治疗后有5例患者治疗失败,占比3.13%,剩余患者治疗效果良好,显示全冠修复能够对牙隐裂患者进行有效的治疗。结论在临床牙隐裂患者的治疗中,采用全冠修复具有较好的临床效果,不会导致患者出现剧烈的疼痛,并且能够有效改善患者的情况,值得推广。
Objective To analyze the clinical analysis of total crown restoration for the treatment of cracked teeth.
