摘要
将有机蒙脱土(OMMT)、天然橡胶和交联聚丙烯酸钠熔融混炼,制备了OMMT改性遇水膨胀橡胶(WSR)。采用XRD表征了OMMT改性WSR的结构,通过热氧老化试验和反复浸水试验,研究了OMMT对WSR耐久性的影响。结果表明,OMMT和WSR形成了剥离型纳米复合结构;与普通WSR相比,OMMT改性WSR在热氧老化和反复浸水试验后的拉伸强度保留率、扯断伸长率保留率和体积膨胀倍率保留率均有显著提高,这可归因于OMMT改性WSR形成的剥离型纳米复合结构具有优良的气液阻隔性能。
Modified water swelling rubber(MWSR) was prepared by melt blending with natural rubber,crosslinked sodinm polyacrylate and organic montmorillonite(OMMT).The structure of MWSR was characterized by the X-ray diffraction(XRD).The effect of OMMT on durability of MWSR was investigated by thermal aging test and repeated water immersion test.Results showed that the exfoliated nanocomposites were formed in the MWSR.The retention rate of tensile strength,elongation at break and volume expansion ratio of WSR were improved significantly due to introduction of OMMT,which can be attributed to the excellent barrier ability to gas and solution of the exfoliated structure formed in the MWSR.
