摘要
男性精子DNA碎片化(sperm DNA fragment,SDF)异常与不育,流产及后代发育不良之间的密切关系被越来越多的研究证实。氧化应激,染色质组装异常以及细胞凋亡是目前认为导致SDF的主要机制。其中,氧化应激在SDF异常发生的整个过程居主要地位。
        It has been confirmed by more and more researches that sperm DNA fragment(SDF) is closely related to infertility, miscarriage, dysplasia of offspring.The main mechanism currently recognizedleading to SDF include oxidative stress disorders, abnormal chromatin assembly and apoptosis, where oxidative stress disorders play the major role.
