摘要
结合海外工程实际案例,对电解铝试运行阶段阳极效应频发这一现象进行深入分析,对其发生机理、特点及危害、熄灭方式进行简要的阐述,并对阳极效应的重要影响因素之一的超浓相输送系统进行相应分析,包括系统基本原理、构成、故障分析等。实际案例中,通过分析阳极效应的成因、逐一排查影响因素等方式,及时整改超浓相输送系统,有效保障了铝电解生产的外围条件,最终圆满解决了阳极效应频发的问题。
The phenomenon of frequent anode effect is deeply analyzed in combination with an overseas aluminum smelter during the commissioning,and the anode effect is also briefly illustrated for the mechanism,characteristics,hazards and extinguishing treatment,etc.Moreover,the super dense phase conveying system,one of the most important influencing factors in this case,is also analyzed comprehensively,including the basic principle,system composition and fault analysis,etc.In this practical case,the super dense phase conveying system was modified successfully by the means of analyzing the cause and investigating the influential factors,the problem of frequent anode effect was solved satisfactorily on the basis of optimized external condition.
