摘要
[目的]探讨刺糖水提剂对家兔血糖的影响。[方法]将12只健康新西兰大白兔随机分为6组,除空白对照组不做处理外,分别肌肉注射一定剂量的30%刺糖水提剂、15%刺糖水提剂、7.5%刺糖水提剂、25%葡萄糖+30%刺糖水提剂、25%葡萄糖。各处理组及对照组在注射前(0 min)和注射后10、20、30、60、120、240、360、480、600、720 min分别耳缘静脉采血并分离血清,利用酶标仪测定血糖含量。[结果]高、中、低剂量的刺糖水提剂对家兔的血糖影响作用不明显;30%刺糖水提剂+25%葡萄糖与单独使用25%葡萄糖和单独使用30%刺糖水提剂相比,对家兔血糖浓度的影响差异不显著。[结论]刺糖水提剂对家兔血糖的影响不明显。
        [Objective]To investigate the effect of Saccharum alhagi on blood sugar content of rabbits. [Method] A total of 12 healthy New Zealand white rabbits were chosen and divided into six groups, including five experimental groups and one control group. The rabbits in different experimental groups were administrated with 30% water extract of Saccharum alhagi, 15% water extract of Saccharum alhagi, 7.5% water extract of Saccharum alhagi, 25% glucose injection + 30% water extract of Saccharum alhagi, and 25% glucose injection by intramuscular injection, respectively. The blood samples was collected from ear marginal veins at 0, 10, 20, 30, 60, 120, 240, 360, 480, 600 and 720 min after administration, respectively, and the serum were isolated.The serum sugar content was determined by commercial kit using enzyme-labeling measuring instrument. [Results]The effect of30%, 15% and 7.5% water extract of Saccharum alhagi on blood sugar content of rabbits was not obvious; No significant differences were observed between the effects of 30% water extract of Saccharum alhagi +25% glucose injection and 30% water extract of Saccharum alhagi on blood sugar content of rabbits. [Conclusion]The effect of water extract of Saccharum alhagi on blood sugar content of rabbits was not obvious.
