摘要
鱼雷网式过滤器是一种新型网式过滤器,其核心部件是鱼雷和滤网。【目的】研究鱼雷网式过滤器在清水条件下的水头损失随流量的变化情况。【方法】本研究分别对过滤器在壳体、滤网(80目、120目)及鱼雷网式条件下的水头损失随流量的变化情况进行分析。【结果】3种试验条件下,过滤器水头损失均随进水流量的增大而增加,但变化情况有所不同;壳体+滤网试验中,相同流量条件下,装有120目滤网过滤器的水头损失比装有80目滤网过滤器的水头损失大;然而,滤网内装入鱼雷后,120目滤网的过滤器产生水头损失比装有80目滤网过滤器的小;根据对流量与水头损失之间拟合关系,每种试验条件下的水头损失和流量符合良好的幂函数关系。【结论】清水条件下,水头损失与流量符合幂函数关系。
        Torpedo screen filter is a new type of screen filter, core component parts are torpedo and filter.【Objective】Study the head loss of the torpedo screen filter under circumstances of clean water with different flow rates.【Method】The head loss of different flow rate under the condition of filter shell, filter screen with 80 meshes and120 meshes and torpedo were carried out.【Result】The head loss of filter increased with increase of flow rate.The head loss of 120 meshes screen filter was larger than that of 80 meshes of the filter without torpedo. After installing torpedo, the head loss of 120 meshes torpedo screen filter was smaller than that of 80 meshes. The relationship between head loss and flow rate was put forward, and there was a good power function.【Conclusion】Under the condition of clean water, there is a good power function between the head loss and the flow rate.
