口疮清治疗复发性口腔溃疡的疗效

摘要
目的研究口疮清治疗复发性口腔溃疡的疗效。方法选取我院2016年12月—2017年12月就诊的80例复发性口腔溃疡患者作为研究对象。采用随机数字表法的形式,将80例患者平均分为实验组与对照组,每组均为40例。其中,对照组行西地碘含片治疗方法,实验组采用口疮清治疗方法,对比两组患者临床治疗效果与复发几率。结果实验组临床疗效高于对照组,临床复发几率低于对照组,组间比较,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论在临床治疗复发性口腔溃疡患者的过程中,采用口疮清能够有效提高临床治疗效果,且临床复发几率偏低。
Objective To study the efficacy of aphthous clearing in the treatment of recurrent oral ulcer. Methods 80 cases of patients withrecurrent oral ulcer in our hospital from December 2016 to December 2017 were selected as the study subjects. In the form of random number table, 80 patients were divided into experimental group and control group, 40 cases in each group. Among them, the control group was treated with xidi iodine buccal tablets. the experimental group was treated with aphtha clearance. The clinical efficacy and recurrence rate of the two groups were compared. Results The comparative analysis of clinical therapeutic effect between the two groups confirmed that the clinical efficacy of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group, and the clinical recurrence rate was lower than that of the control group. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P < 0.05). Conclusion In the process of clinical treatment of patients with recurrent oral ulcer, the use of aphthousclear can effectively improve the clinical treatment effect, and the clinical recurrence probability is low.
