摘要
翻转课堂是近年来引入课堂教学的不同于传统教学理念的以微课为核心的一种新型的教学模式,它是一种提倡学生课前自主学习,课上与教师和同学进行交流探讨及教师进行引导点评,促进课堂知识内化与拓展的教学模式。为了提高大学跳绳课堂的教学效果,从大学跳绳的现状出发,提出翻转课堂的微课教学模式,以"双绳交互花样跳绳"为例对翻转课堂下跳绳微课教学中的应用进行探讨。
In recent years,flipped classroom is a new teaching mode,which is different from the traditional teaching concept and takes micro-class as the core. It is a teaching mode that advocates students' autonomous learning before class,exchanges and discussions with teachers and classmates in class,and teachers' guidance and comments,so as to promote the internalization and expansion of classroom knowledge. In order to improve the teaching effect of College rope skipping class,starting from the current situation of College rope skipping,this paper puts forward the teaching mode of micro-lesson in flip class,and takes " double rope interactive pattern rope skipping" as an example to discuss the application of micro-lesson in flip class.
