摘要

钱雷,明代医家,为《脏腑证治图说人镜经》增补二卷,名曰《人镜经·附录》。该书针灸学术思想与《脏腑证治图说人镜经》一脉相承,且在此基础上又有所发挥。对经络图说、十四经经络略、辨证论治、四海八会的认识,重视解剖结构、明示经络循行,以及强调经络与先天的有机结合等观点是钱氏《人镜经·附录》针灸学术思想的集中体现。
        QIAN Lei,a doctor in Ming dynasty,supplemented two volumes for Zangfu Zhengzhi Tushuo Ren Jing Jing,called Appendix of Ren Jing Jing. The academic thoughts of this book carried on and made a progress on Ren Jing Jing. The academic thoughts of acupuncture and moxibustion mainly include :pictorial meridians and collaterals,fourteen meridians and collaterals,treatment based on syndrome differentiation,four seas and eight influential points,anatomy structure,meridian circulation,combination of meridians and innate basis.
