基于DEA-Malmquist的江苏地区水资源利用效率及空间相关性研究
摘要
选取水资源供给量、资本存量、就业人数作为投入指标,地区生产总值为产出指标,搜集江苏省2002-2016年13市的基础数据,利用DEA-Malmquist模型对江苏省水资源利用效率进行研究。在此基础上利用Open Geo Da软件,选取Moran's I作为衡量指标,对江苏省水资源利用综合效率和全要素生产力指数分别进行空间相关性分析。结果表明,江苏省水资源利用综合效率呈现倒U形发展趋势,全要素生产力指数总体上呈现下降趋势;江苏省综合效率和全要素生产力指数存在区域差异,各市间综合效率呈现负空间相关关系,全要素生产力指数呈现正空间相关关系。
