摘要
以RV减速器中所用的一级渐开线直齿圆柱齿轮啮合为研究对象,利用SolidWorks建立三维模型。将建好的齿轮模型导入到有限元软件ANSYS Workbench中,在Workbench环境中根据齿轮的实际运行情况为齿轮添加接触和边界条件,进行网格划分及添加载荷,然后对两齿轮啮合中的接触应力和最大变形进行分析。
To study the meshing of one-stage spur gears in RV reducer,the 3 D model of the meshing spur gears was set up using SolidWorks,and the built model was imported into the finite element software ANSYS Workbench.In the Workbench environment,the gears model was meshed and set the boundary conditions and added the loads,and the contact stress and maximum deformation of the two meshing gears were analyzed.
