摘要
上承式钢管混凝土拱桥在峡谷地区修建的数量越来越多,拱上立柱的施工方法随地形、运输条件等的差异有所不同。针对桥位条件,提出基于2级起重系统的拱上立柱施工与控制方法,对缆索吊2级起重系统构造与工作原理及拱上立柱施工工艺进行详细阐述,提出拱上立柱安装定位控制技术,包括预抬值的计算与控制等。
        The number of deck concrete-filled steel tubular arch bridges have been built in the canyon area. The construction methods for arch pillar vary with the terrain and transportation conditions. For the bridge condition of this bridge, this paper proposes a method of construction and control of the arch pillar based on the secondary stage hoisting system. The construction and working principle of the cable hoisting secondary hoist system and the construction technology of the arch column are elaborated in detail. Finally, the installation and positioning control technology of the upper arch column is proposed, including the calculation and control method of advanced raising value.
