碳交易政策下三级供应链双领域减排合作

摘要
随着供应链的进一步延伸,越来越多的运输企业被纳入其中,由此带来的3PL企业的碳排放问题也受到日益关注,在消费者对低碳产品具有偏好和碳排放权可交易的背景下,以定价和减排作为排碳企业的两个不同决策领域,分别分析了三级供应链系统在分散决策、协调决策和合作决策下的合作减排问题。结果显示,供应链企业在减排领域开展合作将有利于各自企业的减排效果,并且供应链企业所开展合作的领域越广泛,程度越紧密,越有利于供应链整体的减排效果。
        Nowadays more and more transportation enterprises are included in the supply chain with the further extension of supply chain itself. Therefore the carbon emissions from the 3 PL(third party logistics) enterprises has been paid more attention. This paper, in the context of consumers' preference for low-carbon products and tradable carbon emission, takes pricing and emission reduction as two different decision-making areas of carbon emission enterprises, and analyzes the cooperative emission reduction of three-level supply chain system under decentralized decision-making, coordinated decision-making, and cooperative decision-making, respectively. The results show that there is a possibility of emission reduction technological spillover between different enterprises, and more cooperation in supply chain leads to more conductive emissions reducing.
