摘要
根据对飞行务以及飞行人员性格的深入研究开发一套系统,目的在于选拔具有优秀素质的飞行协作能力的团队和个人。使用Opengl引擎编制一套测试个人以及团队协作能力的测试系统,并应用该系统进行实验同时对结果进行正态性检验和分析,确定各个测验等级的难易程度以及是否可以用来进行选拔测试。根据测试结果单人飞行协作能力选拔测试中测试方案5、 7符合正态性检验,符合基本测试要求;团体协作能力选拔测试中,方案5/70、7/100、9/130符合正态性检验,符合基本测试要求。测试结果说明这套系统可以作为可靠的工具来进行相应的测试,可以作为团队协作能力选拔计算机化的研究基础,经过进一步改进可用于航空航天飞行团队中个人和团体协作能力的选拔。
        This paper develops a system through deep studies of flight missions and flight personnel's personality. The purpose of the system is to select the teams and individuals who have the excellent flight team collaboration skill. Based on the Opengl engine, a test system for the teams and individuals' collaboration ability is developed. We use the system to conduct experiments and analyze the result data whether or not perform the normality testing, and then to determine the difficulty level of each test level whether it can be used for the selection test. It is found that the test plans 5 and 7 of the single-person flight cooperation ability selection test conform to the normality test and meet the basic test requirements. The test plans 5/70, 7/100, and 9/130 of the group collaboration ability selection test conform to the normality test and meet the basic test requirements. Therefore, the system can be used as a reliable tool for testing, and can be used as a basis for team collaboration ability selection research in computerized process. After further research, it can be used for the selection of individual and group collaboration capabilities in the aerospace flight teams.
