本科男护生焦虑与抑郁情绪现状调查及影响因素探究

摘要
目的了解本科男护生焦虑、抑郁情绪现状及其影响因素,为解决男护生的心理问题提供参考依据。方法采用分阶段整群抽样法,运用一般情况调查问卷、Zung抑郁自评量表、Zung焦虑自评量表于2017年9月至11月对浙江省内三所高校的本科护理男女生进行调查。结果发放240份问卷,回收206份问卷,有效问卷175份。男护生焦虑总分为(40. 60±4. 85)分,抑郁总分为(36. 87±8. 26)分。家庭、母亲职业以及实习医院是影响男护生焦虑的主要因素(P<0. 05);父亲职业、母亲职业以及年级是影响男护生抑郁的主要因素(P<0. 05);男护生焦虑、抑郁程度略高于女护生,差异无统计学意义(P>0. 05)。结论本科男护生存在焦虑、抑郁情绪,其焦虑情绪的主要影响因素是家庭、母亲职业以及实习医院,其抑郁情绪的主要影响因素是父亲职业、母亲职业以及年级。学校与家庭应给予男护生更多的关心与鼓励,促进男护生的健康成长,从而推动护理事业的发展。
Objective To investigate the influencing factors of anxiety and depression among male nursing students,so as to provide reference for solving the psychological problems of male nursing students.Methods From September to November 2017,the undergraduate nursing students from three colleges in Zhejiang province were surveyed by general condition of questionnaire,Self-rating Depression Scale and Selfrating Anxiety Scale by using the method of phased cluster sampling. Results Two hundred and forty questionnaires were distributed with 175 valid questionnaires being collected. The average score of anxiety for male nursing students was( 40. 60±4. 85),and the average score of depression was( 36. 87± 8. 26). Family,mother's occupation and internship hospital were the main factors affecting the anxiety of male nursing students( P<0. 05).The occupation of parents and grade were the main factors affecting of depression of male nursing students ( P<0. 05).Anxiety and depression of male nursing students were slightly higher than those of female nursing students( P > 0. 05). Conclusions The main factors affecting the anxiety and depression include family,occupation of mother and internship hospital. The main factors affecting the depression include the occupation of parents and grade.More care and encouragement should be given by schools and families to male nursing students,which promotes the healthy them and the development of nursing career.
