传动直丝弓技术矫治低角安氏Ⅱ1不拔牙错合的临床研究

摘要
目的研究传动直丝弓技术矫治低角安氏II1不拔牙错合的临床效果。方法选择10例安氏II类1分类错合下颌后缩低角患者,包括男5例、女5例,平均年龄12.5岁,矫治设计均为传动直丝弓技术不拔牙矫治,测量治疗前后X线头影测量结果,进行统计学分析[1]。结果 10例患者平均疗程为17.5个月,其中打开咬合平均用时4.2个月。治疗后都得到正常的前牙覆合、覆盖及磨牙中性关系,前牙突度得到明显改善。SNB、ANB、SPAS、MAS、U1-NA、L1-NB、U1-L1、U1-NA距、L1-NB距、FH-MP的变化较治疗前统计学差异显著(P<0.05)。结论传动直丝弓技术可以有效地矫治低角II1不拔牙错合下颌后缩畸形。
        Objective This study was designed to investigate the clinical effect of transmission straight wire technique for correcting the low Angle Class II division 1 malocclusion.Methods Ten Patients with Angle Class II division 1 malocclusion with low mandibular Plane angle were selected, including five males and five females with mean age of 12.5 years. They received non-extraction correction through transmission straight wire technique.The statistical analysis was conducted based on the results of X-ray cePhalometry before and after treatment.Results Among these 10 Patients, the mean course of treatment was 17.5 months,including mean 4.2 months of bite-oPening. After Patients,with significant imProvement of Protrusion of anterior teeth. The statistically significant difference was observed for the change of SNB、ANB、SPAS、MAS、U1-NA、L1-NB、U1-L1、U1-NA distance、L1-NB distance and FH-MP comPared with those before treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion Driving straight wire arch technique can effectively correct mandibular retraction deformity in low angle II1 malocclusion without extraction.
