摘要
为了提高链条油的高温结焦性能,开拓高端市场,研制了合成超高温链条油。合成了特定结构的多季戊四醇酯基础油,筛选了复合抗氧剂和复合抗磨极压剂。合成超高温链条油由多季戊四醇酯,复合抗氧剂(3.0%的芳胺+2.0%的苯胺衍生物)和复合抗磨极压剂(3.0%的磷极压剂+0.05%的硫磷极压剂+0.05%的硫极压剂)组成。合成超高温链条油的蒸发损失(230℃,48 h)为37.6%,磨斑直径(150℃,1200 r/min,60 min,392 N)为0.45 mm,均优于进口高温链条油的蒸发损失(86.3%)和磨斑直径(1.44 mm),其结焦性能(230℃,48 h)也优于进口高温链条油。合成超高温链条油达到了研制目的,填补了国内高端链条油的空白。(图2表8参考文献5)
        In order to improve the coking performance of chain oil at high temperature and open up high-endmarket,a synthetic ultra-high temperature chain oil was developed. Polypentaerythritol ester base oil withspecific structure was synthesized,and complex antioxidant and complex anti-wear/extreme pressure additivewere screened. The synthetic ultra-high temperature chain oil consisted of polypentaerythritol ester,complexantioxidant(3.0% aromatic amine + 2.0% aniline derivative)and complex anti-wear/extreme pressure additive(3.0% phosphorus extreme pressure additive+0.05% sulfur/phosphorus extreme pressure additive+ 0.05% sulfurextreme pressure additive).The evaporation loss(230 ℃,48 h)of synthetic ultra-high temperature chain oil was37.6%,and the worn diameter(150 ℃,1200 r/min,60 min,392 N)was 0.45 mm,which was better than theevaporation loss(86.3%)and worn diameter(1.44 mm)of imported high temperature chain oil. The cokingperformance(230 ℃,48 h)of synthetic ultra-high temperature chain oil was also better than that of imported hightemperature chain oil. The synthetic ultra-high temperature chain oil had achieved the development goal andfilled the gap of domestic high-end chain oil.(Charts2 Tables8 References5)
