材料压缩生热高低与顺丁橡胶结构性能的关系探讨

摘要
橡胶材料在周期性变形下容易产生内部温升,从而导致其由内向外的发生破坏。本文对顺丁橡胶产品的多项结构性能进行了剖析,发现材料伸长率越大、回弹性越高、应力松弛越快,材料的压缩温升越低;硬度越大、凝胶含量越大、磨耗越高、滚动阻力越大,材料的压缩温升越高。
        The rubber material is prone to internal temperature rise under periodic deformation, which causes it to be destroyed by the inward. In this paper, the compressive temperature rise, physical mechanical properties, molecular weight and distribution of butadiene rubber products The structure such as gel content, abrasion, resilience, stress relaxation and rolling resistance were analyzed, and the higher elongation of material, higher elasticity and faster stress relaxation were found, the lower the compression temperature of material was, the greater the hardness, the higher the gel content and the more wear., the greater the rolling resistance, the higher the compression temperature of the material.
