摘要
目的:建立一种基于DNA串联体和血糖仪的便携式传感器用于检测肿瘤标志物cfDNA。方法:利用DNA串联体的信号放大机制及磁珠的分离与富集作用,以血糖仪为检测器,建立一种检测肿瘤标志物cfDNA的便携式传感器。结果:在1~316fM范围内呈良好的线性关系,检测限为1fM。结论:该传感器便携可行、灵敏度高、重复性好,为肿瘤标志物的筛查提供了新的方法。
        Objective: To establish a portable sensor based on DNA tandem and blood glucose meter for detection of tumor marker cfDNA. Methods: A portable sensor for detecting cfDNA, a tumor marker, was established by using the signal amplification mechanism of DNA tandem and the separation and enrichment of magnetic beads, and using a blood glucose meter as a detector. Results: There was a good linear relationship in the range of 1 ~ 316 fM, and the detection limit was 1 fM. Conclusion: The sensor is portable, feasible, sensitive and reproducible. It provides a new method for screening tumor markers.
