BIM技术在装配式建筑设计阶段的应用研究

摘要
在建筑信息化、工业化的背景下,将BIM技术与预制建筑相结合。对比讨论国内外二者结合的发展情况,并对BIM在装配式建筑设计阶段的特点进行了分析。BIM软件建模应用于预制建筑设计阶段,对项目进行构件拆分、碰撞检查,可以实现项目设计最优化。
Under the background of building informatization and industrialization,the BIM technology and prefabricated buildings are combined. The development of the combination of them at home and abroad is compared and discussed, and the characteristics of assembled architecture design are analyzed. BIM software modeling is applied in the design stage of prefabricated buildings, and the components of the project are split and the collision check is carried out.
