健脾燥湿生肌汤保留灌肠治疗放射性肠炎的疗效分析

摘要
目的观察健脾燥湿生肌汤、地塞米松以灌肠为给药途径,治疗放射性肠炎的临床疗效。方法选取盆腹腔恶性肿瘤放疗引起急慢性放射性肠炎患者45例作为研究对象,将其随机分为两组。治疗组采用健脾燥湿生肌汤灌肠,对照组采用等体积0.9%NS加入地塞米松灌肠。治疗28天后,观察两组患者的疗效与不良反应。结果治疗组患者的治疗总有效率(91.30%)优于对照组(81.82%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,治疗组患者的各中医症状评分均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论健脾燥湿生肌汤灌肠能有效治疗放射性肠炎,较常规地塞米松治疗疗效更加显著,有效减轻临床症状,提高生活质量,所用中药复方均无明显毒性药物,安全性高,无严重不良反应,可用于腹盆腔肿瘤放疗引起的放射性肠炎的临床治疗。
        Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of jianpizaoshi myogenic decoction and dexamethasone in the treatment of radiation enteritis by means of enema. Methods 45 cases of patients with acute and chronic radioactive enteritis caused by radiotherapy of pelvic peritoneal malignant tumors were selected as the study objects and they were randomly divided into two groups. The treatment group was treated with jianpizaoshi myogenic decoction and the control group was treated with dexamethasone enema with an equal volume of 0.9% NS. After 28 days of treatment, the efficacy and adverse reactions of the two groups were observed. Results The total effective rate(91.30%) in the treatment group was significantly better than that in the control group(81.82%), the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05). After treatment, the Chinese medicine symptom scores in the observation group were better than the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05). Conclusion Jianpizaoshi myogenic decoction can effectively treat radiation enteritis, which is more effective than routine dexamethasone treatment, effectively relieving clinical symptoms and improving quality of life. All the compounds used in the study have no obvious toxic drugs, with high safety Serious adverse reactions can be used for the treatment of radiation enteritis caused by abdominal pelvic tumor radiotherapy.
