摘要
在不同含量硝酸溶液中对6mm厚5083-H116铝合金板材进行晶间腐蚀试验,通过测量质量损失的方法来衡量其晶间腐蚀敏感性。结果表明:随着硝酸含量降低,5083-H116铝合金板材的晶间腐蚀倾向变大;当硝酸稀释至质量分数为51%时,质量损失已不满足≤15mg/cm2的标准要求。
Intergranular corrosion test was carried out for 5083-H116 aluminium alloy plates with thickness of 6 mm in nitric acid solution with different concentrations.The susceptibility to intergranular corrosion of 5083-H116 aluminium alloy plates was evaluated by mass loss method.The results show that the tendency to intergranular corrosion became large with the decrease of nitric acid concentration for 5083-H116 aluminium alloy plates.When nitric acid was diluted to 51% of mass fraction,the mass loss could not meet the standard requirement of no larger than 15 mg/cm2.
