摘要
以"早霞玫瑰"葡萄为试材,采用单次和二次的施用赤霉素(GA3)与氯吡脲(CPPU)方式,研究了不同浓度GA3与CPPU对"早霞玫瑰"葡萄无核率及果实品质的影响。结果表明:不同浓度GA3与CPPU处理"早霞玫瑰"葡萄后,均提高了果实的无核率,开花前3d施药处理优于盛花期,其中处理Ⅳ(开花前3d施用GA350mg/L,花后2周施GA330mg/L+CPPU 5mg/L)无核率达到100%;二次施药后单果重、果粒纵横径以处理Ⅲ(开花前3d施GA330mg/L,花后2周施GA330mg/L+CPPU 5mg/L)效果最佳,可溶性固形物以处理Ⅱ(开花前3d施GA310mg/L,花后2周施GA330mg/L+CPPU 5mg/L)效果最佳;结合果实品质综合考虑,以处理Ⅲ效果最佳,其无核率为96.67%、单果重为7.66g,可溶性固形物为16.4%。
        With the grape cultivar‘Zaoxia Meigui'as the test material,used first and second spraying different GA3and CPPU concentrations,the effect of different GA3and CPPU concentrations on grape seedless rate and fruit quality were studied.The results showed that,treatment of GA3and CPPU could increase seedless rate of‘Zaoxia Meigui'.Treatment at 3days before blooming was better than that at full blooming.TreatmentⅣ(applying GA350mg/L 3days before blooming+GA330mg/L and CPPU 5mg/L 2weeks after blooming)resulted in the highest seedless rate of 100%.Second applying could improved single berry weight,vertical and horizontal diameter and soluble solid content.TreatmentⅢ(applying GA330mg/L 3days before blooming+GA330mg/L and CPPU 5mg/L 2weeks after blooming)led to the best single berry weight and vertical and horizontal diameter,while treatmentⅡ(applying GA310mg/L 3days before blooming+GA330mg/L and CPPU 5mg/L 2weeks after blooming)generated the highest soluble solid content.Overall consigeration,treatmentⅢwas the best treatment,which generated a seedless rate of 96.67%,a single berry weight of7.66g and a soluble solid content of 16.4%.
