摘要
EN12952-5标准提出了管子成形比率TFR(Tube Forming Ratio)的概念,并用它来规定弯管工艺评定的有效覆盖范围。TFR能直观地反映出弯管加工的难易程度,但不表示某一弯管工艺评定对于该TFR下所有弯管的成形效果具有普遍代表性。通过数值模拟可验证,在相同工况下,相同TFR的弯管在弯后应变与减薄率方面,有较明显的差异。
        The concept Tube Forming Ratio carried out in the standard of EN12952-5 is used to set the validity range of the tube bending procedure test.Tube Forming Ratio can express the difficulty of the bending test,but a certain test can't represent all the bending tube under the same Tube Forming Ratio.This paper shows that there can be difference on both strain and thickness reduction in different bending tubes under a same Tube Forming Ratio,by method of computer simulation.
