摘要

长期以来,外高桥港区道路拥堵严重,交通问题突出。在做好现状分析的基础上,从地区路网、港区作业、经营规模等方面,详尽分析了交通拥堵的成因,并针对近期和远期提出了对策措施建议。
        For a long time, road congestion in waigaoqiao port is serious and traffic problems are prominent. Based on the analysis of the current situation, this paper analyzes the causes of traffic congestion in detail from the aspects of regional road network, port operations and operation scale, and put forward countermeasures and suggestions for the near and long term.
