微量营养素和植物化合物对肺癌潜在作用的研究进展

摘要
<正>肺癌的发病率及死亡率居各类恶性肿瘤的首位~([1])。由于不易被早期发现及治疗,预防肺癌发生对降低其死亡率具有举足轻重的作用。吸烟是肺癌发生的高危因素,虽然戒烟一定程度上有助于预防肺癌发生,但吸烟者戒烟后仍存在较高的肺癌发生风险~([2])。因此,仅仅通过戒烟这种生活方式的改变来预防肺癌是不够的,食物来源的天然物质对预防肺癌的作用引起人们的广泛关注。肺功能(1秒用力呼气容积,FEV1)下降是评估
