重组牛碱性成纤维细胞生长因子凝胶超适应证用药分析及干预

目的:分析重组牛碱性成纤维细胞生长因子凝胶临床超适应证用药情况并干预,促进合理用药。方法:分析重组牛碱性成纤维细胞生长因子凝胶适应证使用现状,对其超适应证用药的临床研究进行系统检索并对文献进行质量评价;利用合理用药软件管理系统制定重组牛碱性成纤维细胞生长因子凝胶适应证用药规则。随机抽取重组牛碱性成纤维细胞生长因子凝胶2017年1-4月(干预前)和2017年5-8月(干预后)处方400张,评价超适应证用药干预效果。结果:重组牛碱性成纤维细胞生长因子凝胶超适应证用药严重,仅有1篇高质量研究文献,干预后超适应证用药现象显著下降,由干预前的43.75%下降至8.25%。结论:重组牛碱性成纤维细胞生长因子凝胶超适应证用药现象严重,利用合理用药软件信息化实时监测,能显著减少超适应证用药。
OBJECTIVE To analyze and intervene clinical off-label use of recombinant basic bovine fibroblast growth factor gel,and to promote its appropriate use.METHODS The status quo of clinical off-label use of recombinant basic bovine fibroblast growth factor gel was analyzed. Clinical trials on off-label use of recombinant basic bovine fibroblast growth factor gel were searched systematically and literature quality of clinical trials were evaluated. Its reasonable medication rules were developed through a rational drug use software management system. A total of 400 prescriptions of recombinant basic bovine fibroblast growth factor gel used from January-April in 2017(before intervention) and from May-August in 2017(after intervention) was taken randomly to evaluate the intervention effect on its off-label use.RESULTS Off-label use of recombinant basic bovine fibroblast growth factor gel was serious,and only one paper on the related clinical trials with high quality was found. After intervention,off-label use of recombinant basic bovine fibroblast growth factor gel decreased significantly from 43.75% before intervention to 8.25%.CONCLUSION Although off-label use of recombinant basic bovine fibroblast growth factor gel is serious,informatized real-time monitoring by rational drug use software may be utilized to reduce the phenomenon.
