摘要
为了解上海法定计量检定机构的电子秤检定工作的技术现状及考核检定人员的技术能力、评估电子秤的检测能力,进行了上海法定计量检定机构电子秤量值比对。介绍了比对依据、组织实施、比对方案和比对过程,阐述了参考值和参考值测量不确定度的选择,测量数据处理方法以及比对结果的判定原则。同时报告了比对结果,对比对过程中出现的问题进行了分析,并提出建议。
        In order to understand the current technical status of electronic scale(ES)verification work, assess the technical skill of verification personnel and evaluate the testing ability of electronic scale in Shanghai metrological institutions, An ES measurement comparison among the official metrological institutions in Shanghai was carried out. The comparison basis, organization and implementation, comparison scheme, as well as the full course of comparison are presented in this paper. It expounds the selection of the reference value and the measurement uncertainty of the reference value. It also introduces the measurement data processing method and the determination principle of the comparison result. Through this measurement comparison, we present the comparison results, analyze the challenges in the comparison process, and put forward suggestions.
