摘要

互联网技术改变了大学生的思维习惯和沟通方式,高校辅导员必须要运用好互联网技术,提升辅导员的管理能力,才能有效进行学生管理工作,与时俱进。针对互联网环境下,大学生传统沟通方式改变和对高校学生管理工作的影响进行探讨,提出建议和思考。
        Internet technology has changed the way of thinking and communication of college students. College counselors are responsible for student management and must keep pace with the times. This paper discusses the changes in the traditional communication methods of college students and the impact on the management of college students in the Internet environment,and puts forward suggestions and reflections for reference.
