潍坊市规划网上报建与审批系统设计与实现

摘要
为推动政府职能转变、促进政务公开、提升行政效能,潍坊市规划局积极运用信息化技术,结合其城乡规划审批服务需求,建设了规划网上报建与审批系统。阐述了系统总体框架及主要功能,总结了系统特点。实践证明,该系统的应用提升了规划局的对外服务水平,促进了规划局与公众间的信息双向互动,达到了预期效果,并能为兄弟单位的信息化建设提供参考。
In order to promote the transformation of government functions,promote the openness of government affairs and improve the administrative efficiency,Weifang Urban Planning Bureau has actively used information technology and combined with the examination and approval service requirements of urban and rural planning to build a planned online construction and approval system. The overall framework and main functions of the system are expounded,and the characteristics of the system are summarized. Practice has proved that the application of the system improves the level of external service of the Planning Bureau,promotes two-way interaction between the Planning Bureau and the public,achieves the desired effect,and provides reference for the information construction of the brothers.
