摘要
通过对整个煤液化装置及工艺状况的介绍,引出常规界位测量仪表的弊端。针对故障现象进行分析和讨论,找到故障产生的原因,进而对界位测量仪表进行重新选型、改造。同时也对改造后测量仪表的原理、标定、维护做了详细介绍。
This paper introduces the whole coal liquefaction plantand its process status, and introduces the disadvantages of conventional boundary level measuring instrument. This paper analyzes and discusses the fault phenomena, finds out the cause of the fault, and then reselects and renovates the boundary measuring instrument. At the same time, the principle, calibration and maintenance of the modified instrument are introduced in detail.
