摘要
采用气相色谱法外标法,以石油醚作为吸收溶剂,使用DB-1+DB-624两根色谱柱串联方式和FID检测器,采用程序升温的方式对短期重复吸入染毒(28天)毒性试验中全氟己酮进行分离和定量分析。结果表明,该分析方法的线性相关系数为0. 9996,标准偏差为0. 20,变异系数为0. 62%,平均回收率为94. 7%~97. 9%,最低检出浓度为7. 5 mg·L~(-1)。
A method for separation and quantitative analysis of perfluoro( 2-methyl-3-pentanone) by GC external standard method with petroleum ether as absorption solvent,DB-1+DB-624 two columns in series and FID by temperature programming was described in short-term repeated dose 28-day inhalation toxicity study. The result showed that the linear correlation coefficient of standard curve was 0. 9996,the standard deviation was 0. 20,the coefficient of variation was 0. 62%,the average recovery were 94. 7% ~97. 9%,and the minimum detectable concentration was 7. 5 mg·L~(-1).
