基于需求驱动和产教融合的物流核心课程教学创新

摘要
在物流人才需求分析的基础上,以物流核心课程为切入点,开展课程建设改革,并提出了改革措施:以社会需求为驱动,引领教学内容更新;以思维启发为导向,创新课堂教学模式;以产教融合为依托,培养学生实践能力和职业能力;以科研训练项目和学科竞赛为载体,培养学生创新创业能力;以信息技术为手段,丰富教学资源库。实现一流课程建设目标,提高人才培养质量,为培养适应智慧物流新时代的复合型精英人才提供参考。
On the basis of an analysis of the demand for the logistics talents, with the core logistics course as the starting point, we attempted to construct and reform the curricular system of the course, and proposed the reform measures: updating the teaching content driven by social demand; innovating the classroom teaching mode oriented toward thinking provocation; cultivating students' practical ability and professional ability based on the integration of production and education; training the students' innovative and entrepreneur abilities using scientific research training programs and disciplinary competition as carriers; and enriching the teaching resources using information technology.
