摘要
为选育需求氨基酸含量的蚕品种,将不同品种的桑蚕蛹在化蛹后第7天统一取样,烘干粉碎,进行17种主要氨基酸含量检测。结果表明:不同蚕品种间氨基酸含量有明显差异,雄蛹氨基酸含量低于雌蛹,但桑蚕蛹中,含量最多的氨基酸均为谷氨酸和天门冬氨酸,含量最少的均为蛋氨酸和胱氨酸。氨基酸评分雌蛹(84分)高于雄蛹(74分),限制性氨基酸种类分别为缬氨酸和亮氨酸。
The pupae of different silkworm varieties sampled on 7 th day after pupation were dried and smashed to detect content of 17 amino acids in pupa samples for breeding a silkworm variety with special needs of amino acid content.Results:There is an obvious difference in amino acid content among different silkworm varieties and the amino acid content in male pupae is lower than female pupae.The highest content of amino acids in silkworm pupae is glutamic acid and aspartic acid but the lowest content of amino acids in silkworm pupae is methionine and cystine respectively.The amino acid score of female pupae is higher than that of male pupae.The limiting amino acid kind in silkworm pupae is valine and leucine separately.
