摘要
该文以苏州市某高职院校图书馆为例,比较了两套空调设计方案。根据图书馆防火分区与房间功能,空调末端选择了一次回风全空气系统与风机盘管+新风两种形式。对比了风冷式冷水机组+燃气锅炉与地源热泵两种冷热源方案的优劣,运用苏州地区典型日BIN参数法,考虑图书馆负荷率、空调实际能效比、运行时间因素的影响,测算出两方案全年的能耗与运行费用。结果发现,冷水机组+燃气锅炉的年运行费用为22.46万元,地源热泵的年运行费用为18.18万元,地源热泵的年运行成本减少了4.28万元,其单位面积运行费用减少了4.59元/m2,则在初期投资充裕,管理完善的条件下,选择地源热泵的冷热源形式,有利于降低建筑能耗。
This paper compares two design schemes for HVAC system of an institute library in Suzhou. According to the fire compartment and room functions of the library, the two schemes of all-air primary return air of system and fan coil unit plus fresh air system are selected. The advantages and disadvantages of air-cooling chillers plus gas boiler and ground source heat pump are compared. With the BIN method of Suzhou's typical day, and considering the impact of the library's load rate, air-condition's COP and running time, the annual energy consumption and operating cost of the two schemes are figured out. The results show that the annual operating cost of air-cooling chillers plus gas boiler is 224.6 thousand yuan while that of ground source heat pump is 181.8 thousand yuan. The annual cost of the ground source heat pump has reduced by 42.8 thousand yuan and its unit area cost has reduced by4.59 yuan/m2. So in conditions of abundant investment and sound management, ground source heat pump is a good choice and it can help reduce energy consumption.
