光强胁迫下六种苔藓植物的叶绿素荧光动力学响应差异

摘要
为了解成都市区常见苔藓对不同光照强度的光合响应差异,该研究对狭叶小羽藓(Haplocladium angustifolium)、鳞叶藓(Taxiphyllum taxirameum)、长肋青藓(Brachythecium populeum)、卵叶青藓(Brachythecium rutabulum)、弯叶灰藓(Hypnum hamulosum)和地钱(Marchantia polymorpha L.)6种苔藓植物进行了光照强度胁迫后的光合色素含量和荧光动力学参数测定。结果表明:狭叶小羽藓和卵叶青藓叶片的初始荧光(Fo)在高光(300μmol·m~(-2)·s~(-1))时均明显下降到低光(10μmol·m~(-2)·s~(-1))水平值以下。与低光相比,6种苔藓的PSII原初光能转化效率(Fv/Fm)均随着光强的增大以不同幅度减小,其中显著减少的是鳞叶藓、长肋青藓、卵叶青藓和地钱;6种苔藓的光化学猝灭系数(qP)在中光(100μmol·m~(-2)·s~(-1))时均未发生显著性变化,高光时鳞叶藓、长肋青藓、卵叶青藓和地钱显著下降。此外,狭叶小羽藓的非光化学猝灭系数(NPQ)在3个光强下均无显著变化。综合分析得出狭叶小羽藓和弯叶灰藓更能适应高光照的胁迫,鳞叶藓、长肋青藓、卵叶青藓和地钱相对更适应低光照。
        In order to understand the response to different light intensities of common bryophyte in Chengdu,the photosynthetic pigment content and fluorescence parameters of Haplocladium angustifolium,Taxiphyllum taxirameum,Brachythecium populeum,Brachythecium rutabulum,Hypnum hamulosum and Marchantia polymorpha were measured after stressed by different light intensity.The results showed that the initial fluorescence(Fo)of H.angustifoliumand B.rutabulum in high light standard(300μmol· m~(-2)·s~(-1))were lower than that of in low light standard(10μmol·m~(-2)·s~(-1))significantly.Compared with that of stressed by low light,the Fv/Fm of six bryophytes decreased with the increase of light intensity,expecially T.taxirameum,B.populeum,B.rutabulumand M.polymorpha were decreased significantly.The photochemical quenching(qP)of six bryophytes all had no marked change under middle light(100μmol·m~(-2)·s~(-1)),while that of T.taxirameum,B.populeum,B.rutabulumand M.polymorpha decreased strongly under high light.In addition,the non photochemical quenching of H.angustifolium had no clear change under different light intensity stress.Based on the comprehensive analysis,H.angustifoliumand H.hamulosumcould adapt to high light stress,while T.taxirameum,B.populeum,B.rutabulumand M.polymorpha were more adapted to low light.The results could provide scientific guidance for bryophyte species allocation and lawn conservation in landscape architecture.
